This key role requires a proactive professional with strong practical and management skills ready to oversee all premises functions. Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year). Working Hours: Standard 37 hours per week (flexibility required for security/events). Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope Operational Leadership: Supervision of site staff, delegating tasks, and managing performance. Compliance & Safety: Maintaining security systems, managing risk assessments, and ensuring the site meets all regulatory requirements. Facilities Management: Managing minor repairs, coordinating major contractors, and assisting with the preparation of facilities for school events.
