What You’ll Be Doing:
* Conduct intake sessions with various hiring leaders to understand job duties and requirements.
* Interpret and translate basic information into detailed job descriptions.
* Guide hiring managers on defining job requirements accurately.
* Collaborate closely with the compensation team to build comprehensive job descriptions.
* Ensure all job descriptions align with the type of talent sought by the organization.
* Assist in standardizing job descriptions across the company.
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
* Blend of recruiting and HR experience.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to “read between the lines.”
* Proven ability to write and edit job descriptions effectively.
* Experience working with senior leaders, preferably at the VP level or above.
* Ability to influence and guide decision-making processes.
