JOB TITLE: Customer Service Agent

At DXC, we have a long-established partnership with a Major UK High Street Bank, where we manage their personal lending business. We support customers by handling enquiries and requests about their personal lending accounts.
We are looking for colleagues to join our team of Customer Service Agents, putting our customers at the heart of everything we do every day.

What are we looking for in our Customer Service Agents?
* Sociable, helpful, and eager to provide excellent customer service.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring processes are followed.
* A good eye for detail, ensuring customer records are accurate and up to date.
* Keen to manage customer information in line with GDPR.
* Experience working with computer systems.
* A team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service and identify continuous improvement ideas.
* Ability to achieve key performance indicators.
The role is onsite in Newcastle, with accessible bus and train links.
Working hours are from 8 am to 8 pm, Monday to Friday, and 8 am to 6 pm on weekends. We follow a 6-8 week shift rotation, with ample notice for scheduling. Some evening and weekend work is required, distributed among colleagues. The center is closed on Bank Holidays.
