Job Description:
The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through, and final jobs coming out of the Image team.
Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week
This includes 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching, all specialist areas requiring a dedicated point of contact for the team. To ensure team efficiency, this role requires a highly organized and methodical individual with strong communication skills, comfortable planning and managing multiple jobs simultaneously.
The goal is to support all clients across various media globally. This role demands high competency in managing and multitasking projects with broad deadlines and requirements. Effective planning, record-keeping, and communication are essential to meet deadlines without compromising quality. Regular updates and proactive organization based on business needs are crucial, along with maintaining open communication lines with Commercial/Project Managers and updating Team Leaders and the Head of Art regularly.
Accountabilities
* Take briefs from any business area, plan, and oversee the delivery of all image assets.
* Develop positive, proactive relationships within the team to foster an expert environment.
* Understand client challenges, both short and long term, to gauge priorities.
* Contribute to strategy and planning discussions for the team’s work.
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during imagery development.
* Assess whether creative work aligns with requirements, time, and resources.
* Acquire thorough knowledge of client systems, review processes, and production workflows.
* Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, with clear job status updates.
* Keep team members informed about project statuses.
* Motivate team members during high-pressure periods.
* Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure briefs are accurate and complete.
* Work with brief owners to ensure teams have all necessary assets.
* Act as a communication link between the Image team and other departments to prevent information loss or misinterpretation.
* Manage the accounts system, raising PO’s for outsourced or freelance imagery.
* Ensure all estimates are approved before work starts.
* Issue invoices promptly and accurately.
Skills
This position requires at least 3+ years of planning and project management experience, ideally within a CG or Photography environment. A keen interest in CG or photography is beneficial. Willingness to learn software used by the team to improve understanding and confidence is advantageous. The ideal candidate is a decisive decision-maker, excellent communicator, problem-solver, calm under pressure, proactive, personable, and has a positive 'can do' attitude.
