Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding teaching and learning to engage and challenge their pupils
Promote a love of learning and intellectual curiosity in your students
Adapt your teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils
Make effective use of assessment to monitor progress and plan subsequent lessons
Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a positive and safe learning environment
Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school
Skills and Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven track record of successful teaching in a primary school setting
Excellent subject knowledge and a commitment to continuous professional development
Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
Passion for inspiring and engaging children in their learning
Creativity and innovation in lesson planning and delivery
Commitment to promoting the school's values and ethos
Willingness to contribute to the broader life of the school
