We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Digital and Data Graduate within the Customer Support & Training (CS&T) function.
During the programme, you will:
Start with an Induction into Leonardo, followed by team building activities. There will also be a Customer Support specific induction to ensure that scheme requirements and expectations are fully established.
You will be provided with a wealth of development opportunities in both virtual and applied working environments. On our programme you will engage with challenging and exciting project work and deliver innovative business or technical solutions as part of a team of subject matter experts. Throughout the programme you will receive coaching and support from your team to achieve your objectives as well as your personal development goals. We are committed to developing our graduates into leading technical or business professionals.
Typically, your placements will consist of 3-6 month rotations across all the Digital areas within CS&T and beyond. The graduate scheme will give you the opportunity to build on your technical knowledge and also develop soft skills through opportunities which a direct entry position may not be able to. In conjunction with the CS&T Management Team and the Early Careers Team, you will have the opportunity to input into the design of your training scheme to include placements which give an insight into the complete digital landscape.

As a Digital and Data Graduate, you will…
Learn about all aspects of the data and digital landscape in Leonardo to include;
1. Developing in the Data Platform with development operations, Data Engineering, Advanced Analytics, Data Science, Software development, data governance, working with Helicopter and business derived data and applications.
2. As part of your programme you will be expected to own and deliver digital products to internal and external customers.

3. Minimum 2:1 Bachelors in a Computer Science/ Mathematic/ Data Science/ Engineering/ Economics related subject. We are open to candidates who have a degree with significant analytics element as part of the course. You will also need a curious mindset, and a genuine passion for building a digital career. Desirable: A master’s degree in data analytics based subject area.
Security Clearance
This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). An additional range of Personnel Security Controls referred to as National Security Vetting (NSV) will apply, this will include meeting the eligibility requirements for The Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV).
