Job Description
This PSL role is central to maintaining technical excellence and thought leadership across the firm's charity law practice. Key responsibilities include:
3. Monitoring legal and sector developments and providing timely internal updates
4. Drafting and maintaining precedents, tool-kits, and guidance materials
5. Responding to legal queries and supporting internal training programmes
6. Contributing to client-facing content such as webinars, alerts, and events
7. Supporting knowledge-sharing systems and firm-wide knowledge initiatives
8. Engaging with external bodies such as the Charity Law Association
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
9. Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent)
10. Significant experience in charity law, including governance, regulation, and fundraising
11. Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
12. A passion for knowledge management and legal education
13. Prior PSL or knowledge management experience is desirable but not essential
