Support Assistant – Disability Services
£13.64 – £14.00 per hour | Part-Time, Flexible Cover (full time could be available)
We’re recruiting on behalf of a dedicated service that supports people with disabilities to live more independent, meaningful, and fulfilling lives.
This is a part-time opportunity, ideal for someone looking for flexibility and variety with day-to-day cover shifts.
What you’ll do:
Provide tailored support to individuals, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect
Assist with daily routines, community participation, and social activities
Offer encouragement, companionship, and practical support to promote independence
Step in to provide cover when required, ensuring continuity of care and support
Create and maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environmentAbout you:

Great communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible and adaptable, with availability for cover shifts
Previous experience in care or support is helpful but not essential – full training is providedWhat we offer:
