About The Role
We have exciting opportunities for enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join our busy call centre based in Houghton-le-Spring.

Key Responsibilities
* Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers
* Selling appliance warranty packages and services
* Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
* Following all company policies, processes, and compliance regulations
* Start and finish times: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (full time) part time hours tbc
* This is not a remote working role – you will be based at our Houghton‑le‑Spring office.
* Hours of work are subject to change, and you must be flexible.
What Were Looking For
* The candidate must have previous proven experience in a Contact Centre Sales role
* A positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
* Willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop quickly
* Reliable, trustworthy, and professional approach at all times
* Self‑motivated and driven by targets and bonuses
* Resilient – able to stay motivated even on the toughest days
* Basic computer skills, including competency in Excel
* Ability to follow sales processes and achieve KPIs
* Ability to travel to our Houghton‑le‑Spring office (this is not a remote role)
