Sales Negotiator Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire Salary: £27,500 - £29,000 OTE Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:30pm & 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am - 4pm) with a day off in lieu We're working with a well-established and highly regarded estate agency who are seeking a people focused and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team in Harrogate. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a client facing role, enjoys building strong relationships and is driven to achieve excellent results. Responsibilities: Register applicants and match them to suitable properties using the CRM. Handle enquiries promptly via phone and email Arrange and attend property viewings Organise valuation appointments, ensuring diaries and documents are kept up to date. Maintain regular contact with vendors, providing clear updates on property activity. Negotiate offers to secure the best outcome for clients. Keep marketing materials up to date, including property imagery and mailing lists. Progress sales from offer through to completion, liaising with solicitors, surveyors, buyers, and sellers. Identify business development opportunities such as referrals, premium listings and new instructions. Stay informed on the local property market and competitor activity. Requirements: Previous experience working within an estate agency. Sales motivated with a proactive, driven approach. People-focused with excellent communication skills.
