Key Responsibilities: Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and engaging new potential clients Drive increased sales by converting leads into new opportunities and expanding market share Promote greater awareness of the company's products and services within the veterinary sector Provide expert advice and tailored support to clients Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for helping customers develop and succeed Accurately manage customer data within CRM systems, ensuring information is up to date and actionable Consistently work towards and exceed agreed sales targets Candidate Profile: Previous experience in sales, account management, veterinary or educational background Strong commercial awareness and a target-driven approach Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting professional relationships A passion for providing outstanding client service and a genuine interest in supporting business growth Highly organised, self-motivated and detail-oriented A collaborative team player with a proactive and professional mindset Package: Base salary of up to £30K DOE Bonus and commission structure to reward performance 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays This is an office-based position with occasional flexibility for hybrid working.
