About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our UK Primary sales team in our Education Division as a Partnership Manager. This role is responsible for contributing to budgeted sales growth, achieved through the effective acquisition activity and business development focus to grow customer lifetime value. Within a defined field territory, you will work alongside the Senior Strategic Account Managers and Customer Success Consultants to build and grow new and existing relationships, manage and deliver business growth. A focus on growth at Multi Academy Trust and school networks is critical to the success of this role.
The role focuses on driving business development by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the education sector, particularly across schools, MATs, and local authorities, while implementing strategic plans to achieve growth targets. It involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision‑makers, acting as the main customer contact, and introducing Customer Success teams to support smooth onboarding. The position executes regional sales strategies in line with company objectives, seeks innovative ways to expand and engage the customer base, and stays up to date with industry trends and competitor activity. It also requires maintaining accurate records of sales activity and pipeline data through CRM systems, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to share insights and ensure seamless service delivery.
This is a field-based position covering Southeast England and required 3 days a week on average traveling within the territory, with the possibility of occasional overnight stays. The successful candidate will need to be based in territory.

About You
You are an experienced sales professional with an ability to build strong customer relationships. We will offer full sales and product training. You should be a strong listener and have a natural ability to carry out a consultative sales meeting, ensuring you are gathering all relevant information to properly account manage your customers. If you have knowledge of primary education that would be a bonus, but not essential.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
1. Proven track record in field sales, preferably within the education sector. Experience working with MATs and local authorities is highly desirable.
2. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
4. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
6. Ability to anticipate customer needs, and sales data to inform decision-making
7. A deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
