Operations Manager
Renewable Energy experience required
My client is looking for an Operations Manager for our Cambridge branch to manage a team of engineers. They will, alongside their team, be responsible for organising the team's diaries, day-to-day people management, and dealing with customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead a friendly team installing air source and ground source heat pumps.
2. Organise the daily operations of the team.
3. Learn more about all the renewable products provided and support their installation.
4. Liaise with sales to ensure all installation information is correct.
5. Maintain organisation and efficiency to a high standard.
6. Work with the site team to ensure site preparation is complete and manage all work in progress through to completion and commissioning.
7. Communicate effectively with customers to explain how the products and systems work and maintain a high level of customer service.
8. Ensure all information is collated correctly for commissioning paperwork.
9. Liaise with finance to ensure they have the correct information required for invoicing.
10. Support the technical team with faults and call outs.
11. Manage your team, planning and delivering their personal development with regular feedback and 1-to-1 meetings to support their growth and progression.
