Job Description
3. Providing first-line HR support and guidance to managers and employees
4. Managing employee relations issues including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances
5. Supporting the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
6. Advising on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
7. Assisting with performance management, absence management and employee wellbeing initiatives
8. Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
9. Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and maintaining accurate records
The Successful Applicant
10. A successful HR Advisor will be able to demonstrate the following to bring to the role
11. Proven experience in a similar HR role (generalist background preferred)
12. Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
13. CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
14. Strong communication and interpersonal skills - approachable, professional, and confident
15. Ability to work independently, juggle priorities, and offer practical solutions
