The Role: Temporary Finance Assistant Location: Bridge of Allan Hours: 9am to 5 pm Contract: Full-time, Temporary (4 - 6 weeks initially) Pay Rate: 14.00 per hour Own transport is essential due to the location. Working in a small close knit team - we need you to be organised and deadline focused. This role will best suit someone who enjoys providing assistance and support to a very busy team. What You'll Be Doing: Processing and managing supplier invoices Handling company credit card transactions, including processing and flagging any discrepancies Managing the petty cash Preparing weekly payment runs in line with a fixed schedule Monitoring and maintaining the accounts inbox Maintaining the purchase ledger with accurate records What We're Looking For: Experience with QuickBooks/Sage or Xero is essential Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel A team player with a people-first mindset Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude Previous experience in a finance role Why Temp with Office Angels?
