Key Responsibilities: - Lead daily lodge operations to ensure exceptional guest service - Manage, train, and support a large multi-disciplinary team - Ensure operational efficiency and service consistency - Oversee staffing, rotas, and wage control - Monitor stock, budgets, and financial performance - Uphold health, safety, and food hygiene standards - Drive continuous improvement and service excellence Skills & Experience Required: - Proven experience in a similar role within high-end accommodation or hospitality - Excellent leadership and team development abilities - Strong organisational, communication, and decision-making skills - Financial awareness, including budget control and stock management - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment Desirable: - Background in hospitality within attractions, wildlife, or themed settings - Relevant formal qualifications (e.g. Hospitality or Business Management)
