As part of the friendly Science department, you will be a valuedmember of the team. Working closely with teaching staff, you willhave the opportunity to bring support and assistance to theScience department.
You will be working with KS3, KS4 and KS5,across the science areas, making this an exciting and activerole, with each day being different and varied. You will work ina well organised and productive prep room based in the heart ofthe Science department.
What the role involves in a nutshell:
· Preparation of equipment and materials both for demonstrationand class use
· Maintenance of laboratories to ensure a clean, safe workingenvironment.
· Following safety procedures in preparation areas andlaboratories.
· Ordering and replacing materials and equipment for classpractical lessons
· Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines (COSHH andCLEAPSS)
