Your new role
Asmercial Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing revenue generated through a diverse portfolio ofmercial partnerships across multiple product solutions.
This is a keymercial role focused on identifying, negotiating, and managing high‑value partnerships through affiliate networks, direct brand agreements, and othermercial channels. You’ll work closely with internal content, marketing, andmercial teams to ensure partnerships are optimised, engaging, andmercially successful.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Building and managing a strong pipeline of new and existing partners aligned tomercial objectives and user relevance
2. Identifying and securing partnerships that enhance discount, reward, and wellbeing propositions
3. Negotiatingmercial terms includingmissions, margins, rebates, and promotional opportunities
4. Acting as the primarymercial contact for partners and managing relationships to maximise performance
5. Reviewing partner performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation, upsell, and exclusive campaigns
6. Analysing revenue, margin, conversion, and engagement data to drive continuous improvement
7. Monitoring market trends andpetitor activity to identify new opportunities and revenue streams
8. Supporting revenue forecasting andmercial reporting
9. Working closely with content and marketing teams on partner‑led campaigns and merchandising strategies
10. Maintaining accurate records of agreements, renewals, andmercial terms
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring a strongmercial mindset and proven experience managing revenue‑generating partnerships. You’ll be confident working cross‑functionally andfortable representing the business externally.
You’ll ideally have:
11. Proven experience inmercial partnerships, business development, or partnership management
12. A track record of delivering measurable revenue growth and managing high‑value partner relationships
13. Strong negotiation skills, with experience agreeingmercial terms such asmissions and incentives
14. Experience managing multiple partners simultaneously and optimising performance
15. Excellent written and verbalmunication skills, with confidence influencing stakeholders at all levels
16. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly around contracts and reporting
17. Analytical capability, with the ability to interpret performance data and identify opportunities
18. Experience or understanding of affiliate networks, voucher platforms, digital marketplaces, or employee benefits ecosystems (advantageous)
19. A collaborative, results‑driven approach and a genuine interest in building long‑term partnerships
