What you’ll do day to day
* Lead the valet team to ensure all vehicles are cleaned promptly and to a high standard.
* Verify that vehicle details align with the daily delivery report.
* Inspect Fleet Customer vehicles for any damage prior to collection by drivers or carriers, ensuring damage reports are completed and communicated to the Workshop/Admin Team.
* Organise the valet queue to ensure vehicles are ready for their scheduled delivery or collection.
* Confirm that all vehicle details match the delivery information provided.
* Ensure all vehicles have correct fleet plates, mats and safety bag.
* Uphold departmental systems and procedures, ensuring they are followed consistently and effectively.
* Collaborate with the admin team to complete necessary documentation accurately.
* Demonstrate a positive, motivated, and committed attitude in all aspects of work.
* Oversee the movement and secure handling of vehicle keys across the site.
* Maintain accurate records for all vehicle handovers and returns.
Helpful skills and qualifications
* Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, with a proven ability to meet targets and build strong customer relationships
* Ability to deliver first‑class customer service with energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
* Exceptional listening and communication skills, with a focus on understanding and responding to customer needs
* Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines with precision
* Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work
* Must hold a valid UK driving licence
