* High competence in multi-party coordination, including management of teams, suppliers, and vendors.
* Authority in defect, environment, and test data management to efficiently unblock delivery constraints.
* Strong regulatory and compliance awareness (GDPR, SCR, security standards, accessibility).
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills with clear and concise communication tailored for senior leadership.
* Ability to produce transparent and actionable reporting, including risks, metrics, coverage, and readiness assessments.
* Proactive approach to continuous improvement, identifying efficiencies, innovations, and optimisation opportunities.
* Strong commercial acumen ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
* Leadership and people development skills, with the ability to build and mentor a high-performing Coforge test organisation.
