The role is based primarily in the West Malling area, with opportunities to work on diverse projects and the possibility of London-based work.

Working hours:
1. Full-time (Monday- Friday)

Graduate Building Surveyor requirements:
11. UK driving license with access to own car
12. Candidates should be enrolled on the RICS Building Surveying APC pathway
13. Have a willingness to learn new skills and develop
14. Minimum of one year’s post-graduate experience in an assistant building surveyor role
15. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
16. Experience with commercial projects (preferred)
