Marketing & Customer Insights Analyst
Location: Hybrid – Huddersfield area (3 days office / 2 days remote)

They’re now looking for a Marketing & Customer Insights Analyst to shape marketing strategy through powerful consumer understanding.
In this role, you’ll uncover insights that guide marketing investment, creative messaging, and customer engagement across traditional and multi-channel campaigns — from TV and print to CRM and partnerships. You’ll blend customer data with market research to tell compelling stories that influence brand and commercial decisions.
What you’ll do
* Analyse marketing performance and customer behaviour across multiple channels.
* Lead customer and market insight projects using internal data and external research.
* Develop customer segmentation and profiling models.
* Measure campaign effectiveness and track brand health metrics.
* Present insights and recommendations to marketing and leadership teams.
What we’re looking for
* 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, customer insight, or market research.
* Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
* Excellent communicator with a passion for turning data into action.
