MOSAIC Trainer - Adults Social Care — Location: Calderdale • Job Type: Full Time, Contract, Hybrid • Salary: £350 - £375 per day
Our client is seeking a MOSAIC Trainer to support the successful delivery and implementation of the Mosaic system within the Adults Social Care sector. This role involves designing and delivering engaging training to frontline staff, ensuring they are confident and capable in applying new workflows, tools, and recording models. The trainer will collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), System Support Team, operational leads, and technical teams to align training content with the programme’s goals.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver tailored Mosaic training to Adult Social Care staff across all levels.
* Design training materials, guides, and e-learning content aligned with new workflows and system features.
* Upskill project teams through 'Train the Trainer' sessions.
* Conduct training needs analysis across service areas to inform content and rollout plans.
* Collaborate with SMEs and project leads to ensure training reflects practice requirements and statutory needs.
* Support with walk-throughs, drop-ins, and guidance.
* Maintain and update training content based on feedback and changes to system design.
* Work flexibly across phased rollout plans to deliver training aligned with go-live timelines.
* Evaluate training impact and collate feedback to continuously improve delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience delivering IT or system training in a social care or public sector setting.
* Strong understanding of Mosaic or similar case management systems.
* Ability to communicate complex processes in accessible, clear language.
* Experience developing both in-person and digital training formats.
* Effective team player with a can-do attitude, comfortable presenting to senior members and leading tasks.
