The Role As a Hospitality Team Member, you will support the smooth, safe and efficient running of our Rustington centre. Youll be a positive presence across the centre, providing an excellent customer service experience to all members and guests, assisting with administration and bookings, responding to calls and ensuring all personal and accommodation requirements are met. Handling the administration of financial transactions, youll maintain accurate invoices and collect payments, ensuring unpaid accounts and queries are addressed. Additionally, you will: - Monitor member feedback - Ensure an efficient mail delivery and distribution system - Assist members with room and centre orientation About You To be considered as a Hospitality Team Member, you will need: - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, database systems and intranet - Customer care skills - Excellent telephone manner and communications skills - At a minimum, GCSEs or equivalent in English Language and Mathematics (Grade 4 / C) The closing date for this role is 23rd March 2026.
