Purpose of role
* Act as the first point of contact for all HR related queries for Beck and Pollitzer UK, providing effective employment law and best practice advice and guidance to the UK Operational team in a timely and proactive manner, escalating to the HR Manager, UK, where required.
* To assist the HR Manager, UK in the continuous development of the UK HR function including the implementation of the People strategy as well as the development and maintenance of HR systems and processes and ultimately adding value where possible.
* Ensure all UK policies and procedures remain legislatively complaint.
* Drive clear communication channels between the business and the HRTeam.

1. Proactively manage an employee relations case load efficiently and effectively, maintaining consistency across UK sites.
2. To advise managers in all aspects of employment relations including, GDPR, bullying and harassment, conduct, performance management, grievance and sickness absence in line with the employment policies, employment law and good practice.
