On behalf of our client, an International Bank based in London, we are looking for a Credit Analyst to join their team in London on a permanent basis.
The role will involve:
1. Assisting the Credit and Marketing Manager in developing and maintaining account relationships.
2. Administering the delivery of all functions within the Credit and Marketing Department.
Key responsibilities include:
* Identify potential business opportunities.
* Prepare credit applications for Credit Committee and Head Office.
* Answer queries from Credit Committee and Head Office.
* Liaise with customers and follow up on their requests and information required by the Bank.
* Coordinate with credit administration and external lawyers to draft facility agreements based on approved terms and conditions.
* Prepare department reports for management and Head Office.
* Plan renewal visits and arrange meetings with customers.
* Prepare credit reviews of existing customers.
* Complete all KYC and CDD forms for loan customers.
* Update and maintain credit files.
* Assist in other duties as required by Credit and Marketing Manager and Branch Manager.
Skills and knowledge required:
* Previous experience in the UK as a Credit Analyst.
* Credit analysis skills gained in the banking sector.
* Experience with facility agreements.
