Progress Teachers are seeking to recruit passionate and dedicated Full time teacher to start in September at mainstream primary school in the Alfreton area of Derbyshire
The role is teaching a Year 1/2 class.
This role starts in September and is long term maternity cover.

Key Responsibilities:
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes engagement and a love for learning.
Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, other teachers, and SENCO to provide comprehensive support.
Communicate effectively with parents/carers to provide regular updates on their child's progress.
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in education.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working within a primary school setting.
A good understanding of SEN, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Dyslexia, and Speech and Language Disorders and how to plan appropriately for these needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed.
