Are you an experienced Electrical Manager with a passion for delivering safe, high-quality services in social housing? Our client, a respected Housing Association in North Sussex, is seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to lead their electrical operations on a temporary basis.?? Key Responsibilities
* Oversee electrical maintenance and compliance across a portfolio of social housing properties
* Manage contractors and in-house teams to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
* Ensure all works meet regulatory standards, including NICEIC, BS7671, and H&S legislation
* Conduct audits and inspections to maintain quality assurance and safety compliance
* Liaise with tenants and internal teams to resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
* Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction
?? Essential Requirements
* Proven experience in electrical management within social housing
* Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance frameworks
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and contractors effectively
* Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition, NICEIC accreditation)
