Are you an experienced team leader or supervisor in retail or hospitality, looking to progress further into a management role? We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join one of our retail home store teams, where your organisational skills and proactive approach will make a crucial contribution to selling our pre-loved items.
Our Warehouse Supervisors work alongside the management team to deliver key objectives and ensure that the store drives stock in and out to generate sales. You will react to fast changing situations quickly and positively by creating a safe & productive working environment. Each day is different in this varied, fast paced and hands-on role. Due to the volume of collections, deliveries and donations, it is physically demanding, yet most rewarding as you play a part in helping to fund life saving research.

Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise warehouse / stockroom operations in a retail or customer-focused environment.
* Collaborate with the management team to achieve objectives and drive stock movement to support sales.
* Maintain a safe, productive working environment and respond to changing circumstances quickly and positively.
* Work in a fast-paced, hands-on setting with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
* Support the handling of collections, deliveries and donations as part of a busy schedule.
Qualifications
* Experienced warehouse or stockroom team leader or supervisor in retail, hospitality or another customer-focused industry.
* Stock management experience is desirable but not essential.
* Motivated, proactive and commercially driven to lead a team.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
* Thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
* Results-driven, resilient and able to adapt to the needs of the business.
Role details
* Full-time, 35 hours per week, permanent contract.
* Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
