Were recruiting on behalf of a well-established global engineering and manufacturing business looking to add an Internal Sales Support professional to their growing team in Stockport.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a commercial, customer-focused role without the pressure of cold calling. Youll be responsible for managing inbound customer enquiries, processing orders, preparing quotations and identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services where appropriate.
The Role
* Managing incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
* Producing quotations and processing customer orders
* Building strong relationships with customers and distributors
* Providing regular updates on order status and delivery times
* Supporting the external sales team with customer activity and account information
