About the Role

As an Administrator at Salus Wealth Management, you’ll play a key part in maintaining accurate client records, preparing essential documentation and ensuring a smooth flow of communication between clients, advisers and providers. This is an opportunity to join a professional and supportive environment where your organisational skills will directly contribute to delivering an exceptional client experience.


The benefits for an Administrator:

* Up to £33,000 basic salary (or self-employed should you prefer).
* Remote working.
* Potential for full or part time hours.
* Supportive and dynamic culture with fortnightly in person team meetings.

Your responsibilities as an Administrator will include:

* Handle incoming client enquiries by phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses.
* Prepare client documentation, reports and meeting packs in line with regulatory requirements.
* Manage client records and maintain accurate data within CRM and back-office systems.
* Liaise with product providers, platforms and insurers to obtain policy information and valuations.


What will you need to succeed as an Administrator:

* Previous administration experience in a financial services company.
* Experience with Concert Hub is an advantage.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Located in a commutable distance to Reading area for fortnightly for an all-team meeting.
