Position Overview: As the Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to curate product assortments, plan promotions, and drive the overall merchandising vision for the company.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product assortment expansion and optimization.
# Plan and execute promotional activities, including sales events, discounts, and special offers, to drive traffic and increase sales.
# Monitor inventory levels and product performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal stock levels and sell-through rates.
# Coordinate with the supply chain, develop monthly and annual product demand forecasts, follow up on replenishments, place orders, and implement targeted adjustments such as additional orders or reductions as necessary.
# Follow up on shipping schedules, customs clearance, and warehouse arrival progress, and assist in optimizing the supply chain process.
# Coordinate and manage with local warehouses.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, or related field.
~5+ years of experience in retail merchandising, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
~ Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market research.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
~ Fluent Chinese communication skills.
