About Our Client

My client is a successful property organisation based in Edgbaston, Birmingham who are looking for a Personal Assistant to support their team.

Job Description

3. Manage and coordinate the schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO and chairman.
4. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
5. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
6. Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
7. Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
8. Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, in a timely manner.
9. Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment as needed.
10. Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks to support the wider team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Personal Assistant should have:

11. Proven experience in a similar administrative or executive support role.
12. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
13. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
15. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
17. Familiarity with the property industry is advantageous but not essential.
18. Can commute to Edgbaston, Birmingham.
