We have an exciting new vacancy for a Night Receptionist to join our team at the Airport Inn Manchester. This 138-bedroom hotel is conveniently located near Manchester Airport. Its proximity to Altrincham and Wythenshawe offers easy access by car. For added convenience, the Airport Inn Manchester also provides a complimentary shuttle service from Terminal 1, operating from 3:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

Your duties will include:
Welcoming any late arrivals and checking guests in and out.
Running the night audit using our internal system (Opera Cloud)
Answering the telephone and addressing any enquiries.
Looking after any guest requests
Conducting regular security walks, floor checks, and light cleaning duties.
Following all night shift procedures and any other duties as and when required.
Completing the nights cleaning checklist ensuring public areas are kept clean
Setting and clearing event rooms as and when required
The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience, strong computer literacy and working knowledge of opera cloud would be an advantage however this is not essential as full training will be given.
