Sales Administrator

Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 dependent on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday: 09.00 - 17.30 (1 hour lunch break)

Location: Luton (fully on site)

Benefits: Pension, on-site parking, access to on-site gym, 20 days holiday + BH

Key Responsibilities: Sales Administrator

Administrative Support: Process quotes and orders efficiently, providing essential support to the sales team.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Ensure seamless communication and monitoring of orders and back orders until completion.
Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using Dynamics Software.
Report Preparation: Assist in the creation of sales reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Skills and Experience: Sales Administrator

Demonstrable experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role.
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all tasks.
