* Maintain accurate records, contribute to quality assurance processes, and comply with all safeguarding and health and safety requirements.

Essential Criteria

* GCSE Maths & English (Grades A-C) or equivalent.

* Proven experience working with young people aged 16-24 in an educational or youth/community setting.
* Strong understanding of the barriers to education and experience addressing challenging behaviours.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and mentoring skills.
* Full current driving licence and access to a car (reasonable adjustments made for applicants with disabilities).

Desirable Attributes

* A proactive, resilient, and empathetic approach.
* Experience working with multi-agency partners.
* Confidence delivering in both individual and group settings.

Additional Information
