As a Used Car Sales Executive in our Nissan dealership, you'll be instrumental in managing a high-volume sales environment, ensuring our used car pitch is impeccable, and every customer receives an outstanding experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Regularly checking and maintaining the used car sales pitch to ensure it's always ready for customers.
* Diligently following up on leads to convert interest into sales.
* Delivering exceptional customer service to all customers both in and around the dealership.
* Completing detailed and accurate vehicle appraisals.
* Efficiently managing your workload with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
We're seeking a driven individual who brings:
* Excellent experience working within a sales and customer-facing environment.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills to build rapport and close deals effectively.
* Robust organisational skills and the ability to manage a high workload with precision.
* An enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach, coupled with a genuine passion for cars.
* The ability to work independently to meet individual targets, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong customer-first attitude.
* A valid UK driver’s licence.
