The role of Skilled Worker will include:
1. Carrying out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties to help the Operatives on site
2. Completing out repair jobs via our FSM app
3. Liaising with the planning team
4. Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and stocks are replenished as needed
5. Providing accurate and timely information on progress of jobs
6. Collection of rubbish and debris from work areas and dispose in the skip
7. Collection and transportation of larger materials on occasions
Skills and experiences:
8. Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or have relevant trade background
9. Relevant experience in a similar role
10. Working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation
11. Demonstrable experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
12. Ability to use and update computerised systems (including PDA) for work scheduling
13. Good communication skills
14. This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence

25. £26,680 per annum (rising to £28,085 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
