Hours of work are 15.00 – 01.00 Monday to Friday (45 hours)
We are seeking a Backshift Warehouse Supervisor to effectively manage and control the loading, unloading and general warehouse operations at the Bradford depot. Key responsibilities of the role include:
1. Supervising the backshift warehouse team and the smooth operation of a fast-moving environment.
2. Supporting the Night Operations Manager to control the freight coming in and the loading of night trunks to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage
3. Working effectively with the warehouse staff to ensure the correct, safe, and timely completion of tasks.
4. Provide effective supervision ensuring all staff are properly trained and fully aware of their responsibilities within the warehouse process.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and Night Operations Manager the successful applicant will receive the necessary support required to guide, motivate, and manage team members, while identifying opportunities to streamline and improve warehouse operations.
Applicants must hold a current Counterbalance forklift licence and demonstrate a hands-on approach, leading the team by example while demonstrating the flexible ‘can do’ attitude required to succeed in this role.
