Accepting applications until: 30 April 2026 Job Description Your Role: Delivery Manager – Yorkshire & North East You’ll be responsible for ensuring Global delivers its contractual obligations for bus and rail advertising campaigns—safely, on time, within budget, and to the right quality—working with internal stakeholders, franchise partners, and third-party fixing contractors across the region. Key Responsibilities Campaign delivery management : Monitor progress against delivery programmes, proactively manage late/extra workload, and communicate delays and impacts to relevant parties to protect on-time delivery. Supplier management, quality & assurance : Validate supplier data and audit campaign delivery (right campaign/right asset/right time), ensure suppliers operate safely and meet required standards, and drive quality adherence on key accounts. Special campaigns & regional operations : Lead non-standard and special campaigns (e.g., creative solutions, rail impact, bus wraps, special requests), ensuring requirements are understood and controls are in place to deliver “right first time”. Asset standards, maintenance & cost control : Ensure bus framing/maintenance is on time and cost controlled; monitor and maintain rail assets to required electrical/structural compliance; oversee Leeds warehouse operations and line manage the warehouse team. What Success Looks Like In your first few months, you’ll have: Built strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders, suppliers, and franchise partners across the region. Established clear delivery oversight (programme tracking, issue escalation, and comms cadence) to protect on-time performance. Completed priority audits/assurance activity to validate delivery accuracy, quality, and H&S compliance. Taken ownership of special campaign delivery and the Leeds warehouse operation, with clear standards and expectations in place. What You’ll Need Operational/logistics expertise: Proven experience managing operational challenges to deliver services reliably and efficiently. Supplier & contract management: Confidence reviewing performance, assuring standards, and managing third-party suppliers. Autonomy and teamwork: Able to work independently across a region while collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders. Communication & presentation: Clear, proactive communicator who can manage expectations and influence outcomes. Flexible approach: Willingness to travel and adapt to operational priorities and hours as required. Strong IT capability: Confident across Microsoft packages for reporting, tracking, and stakeholder updates.
