🎯 Your Role
* Manage blade service projects end-to-end: planning, execution, and delivery
* Lead and motivate skilled blade teams on-site and remotely
* Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and client requirements
* Act as the main point of contact for technicians and stakeholders
* Oversee project administration and maintain accurate data in PMS
* Conduct on-site quality checks and enforce FairWind standards
* Support tender reviews, budgeting, and cost optimization
* Represent FairWind in client meetings and site visits
✔ What We’re Looking For
* UK-based professional who can travel to sites within a day
* Proven experience in blade projects and project management
* Knowledge of WTSR and wind turbine safety standards
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Advanced English + MS Office Suite (incl. MS Project)
* GWO BST certification is a plus
