You will manage a defined group of Paralegals or Apprentices aligned to one of the Firm’s clients or practice groups.</p><h3>Work Allocation & Operational Management</h3><ul><li>Allocate resources to client instructions and manage team capacity</li><li>Oversee efficient delivery and quality of work, including training and development</li><li>Maintain quality assurance processes</li><li>Scope and manage significant fee earning projects</li><li>Report on daily and weekly team operations</li></ul><h3>Line Management</h3><ul><li>Lead a team of Apprentices, Paralegals, and Senior Paralegals</li><li>Manage individual and team development plans</li><li>Coach, motivate, and provide regular feedback</li><li>Work with the Leadership Team on performance management and resourcing</li></ul><h3>Team Growth</h3><ul><li>Develop aligned groups and promote new business opportunities</li><li>Engage with fee earners and partners</li><li>Contribute to the development of the sub-team and wider TST</li><li>Analyse and improve ways of working</li></ul><h3>Who Were Looking For:</h3><p>Applicants must have experience in Real Estate legal work or supervision/people management. Understanding of Land Registry and SDLT processes is desirable, with training provided as needed.
