Solicitor | Partner – Industrial Disease
A leading practice is seeking to appoint a specialist Solicitor / Partner to run the industrial disease division covering diseases claims such as mesothelioma, lung cancer, asbestosis and pleural thickening. On a daily basis, you will be fully responsible for handling claimant multi-track matters.
In addition to fee earning activities, you will run networking initiatives and team supervision of the department, building successful relationships with support groups, nurses and trade unions etc.
