Job Description
As an Office Manager, you also act as Local Safety Officer (LSO), and are responsible for managing arrangements to maintain a safe, healthy, efficient, and pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness and good communication.
As the most Senior member of the Office Management Team in the office, you will manage any
other Office Management staff in the office, and you will also help to build community in the office through a range of local events and initiatives.
You will present an excellent impression of the company’s friendliness, professional service, and high standards. Being passionate for providing extraordinary service, you will be able to work positively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
6. Able to work without direct supervision, and to lead others. Skilled in managing changing team priorities as they arise.
7. Display strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills and good organisational and negotiation skills.
8. Proven ability to lead the team.
9. Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and online tools.
10. Good customer service ethic and attentive to detail.
Training and qualifications (training to be provided if required)
11. IOSH Working Safely qualification, or equivalent
12. First Aid at Work qualification, or equivalent
13. Level 1 (or 2 if relevant) food hygiene and safety qualification, or equivalent
