Seed Talks is a fast-growing talks and events platform curating live experiences across the UK and Ireland, featuring leading thinkers in psychology, neuroscience, wellness, psychedelics, feminism, and more.
Since launching in late 2021, we’ve rapidly expanded to programming over 50 monthly events and sold 116,000+ tickets in 2024 alone. Our offerings now include talks, workshops, online courses, and small-scale conferences, with future growth focused on expanding our digital education, community membership, and international reach.
We’re a close-knit team of 12 (including part-timers), and we're excited to welcome someone with expertise in online education to help shape our next chapter.
You will work alongside our Office Manager on internal processes and some aspects of HR & recruitment.
We are an agile and focused company that dedicates resources only to tasks and projects that give us an immediate ROI. We make decisions by blending our personal intuition with a high degree of a/b testing and data analysis. This role will require expertise in many different areas: marketing, management, finance, operations, event management, research, creative event planning and leadership. In one day at Seed Talks you could be speaking with an ADHD psychiatrist, an anime historian, a venue programmer, an AV hire company and a book publisher. A lot of our content is highly sensitive and requires a lot of care and emotional intelligence.
If you're commercially sharp, curious, ambitious, data-obsessed, and have a deep interest in the future of education and culture, we want to hear from you!
