They are specialists in identifying and brokering deals for residential and social housing developments for a variety of investors – including housing associations, pension funds, to house builders & high net worth individuals. They have been instructed to take on the role of Employers Agent and Managing Agent on a variety of new sites, with between 30 and 80 units on each. Working closely with the director, you will be responsible for being the link between the principal contractors, the housing associations, any other critical suppliers in the process.
