Senior Construction Information Manager

Taylor Woodrow is looking for an experienced Senior Information Manager to join our growing team, supporting the Great Grid Partnership (GGP) with National Grid. This is a key role in delivering digital excellence across a high-profile infrastructure project, ensuring smooth data flow, information accuracy and effective onsite digital support.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for implementing and maintaining our information management systems, ensuring data integrity from design through to handover. Working closely with engineering and site teams, you’ll manage digital platforms, lead BIM document delivery, and support innovative digital tools like Field View and ACC.
This is a hands-on opportunity to shape the way data is managed on-site—interfacing with models, refining user experiences, and helping construction teams work smarter and more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead implementation of our IM processes and ensure project compliance with ISO 19650
* Own and maintain BIM Execution Plans and key digital deliverables
* Support the transfer of information between platforms and teams
* Provide on-site support for digital tools, apps and tablets
* Liaise with central digital teams to align with company standards
* Assist in Revit model management and document control
* Collaborate with teams to improve data accuracy, flow, and usability
About You:
* Proven experience in information management (ideally within infrastructure or utilities)
* Strong working knowledge of CDEs (ACC preferred), BIM and document standards
* Familiarity with tools like Field View, Revit and FastDraft
* A proactive team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Able to provide light-touch IT support and improve digital workflows on site
