We are currently seeking to employ a committed and motivated Head of Department in Landbased. The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of the Landbased Sector and will have the ability to build strong partnerships with industry, with leadership and management experience in an educational or industry setting. Ultimately you will provide pedagogical leadership across the Landbased Department, ensuring innovative and inclusive learning strategies that inspire both staff and students.

* Degree or Level 5 professional qualification in a subject relevant to Landbased education curriculum
* A recognised teaching qualification
* A recognised L5 Landbased subject specialist qualification
* Significant academic and/or industry/commercial experience in Landbased subjects.
