Role: Senior Engineering Team Leader
Location: Milton Keynes / Hybrid (1 day per week in office)
Salary: Up to £75,000
Qualifications
* Proven experience in C# / .Net software development
* Hands‑on AWS engineering and cloud architecture knowledge
* Experience designing CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks
* Familiarity with CQRS and Event Bus architecture
* Strong leadership, communication and mentoring skills
* A mindset geared towards quality, scalability, and continuous improvement
