The kind of person we're looking for:
* You have at least 5 years' experience at divisional leadership level or similar, with a strong professional background in delivering commercial and experiential outcomes in a varied, luxury leisure environment including spa, or comparable context, with a passion for health, wellness, outdoor pursuits and the landscape
* Innovation and adventure are second nature to you, and you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to change, juggling often conflicting priorities
* A highly experienced operator, you're also humble and willing to listen to and learn from some of the most knowledgeable and passionate experts in their fields
* You have well-honed commercial acumen and business development skills and awareness, you're able to create opportunities that offer both sustainable and commercially viable solutions
